Whether you're planning a wedding, commemorating a milestone, or seeking to immortalize cherished memories, our consultation process is designed to understand your vision and bring it to life with creativity and expertise.

1. Initial Contact: Call or email me anytime! Tell me about you, your project, any specific ideas or preferences you have in mind. I want to get to know who your are and your creative vision. This is a special project, so I want it to be exactly what you envision.

2. Consultation: During our consultation we'll delve deep into your vision. Whether it's discussing themes, preferred styles, or logistical details, song choices, this session allows me to gain valuable insights to tailor my services precisely to your needs.

   • Creative Collaboration: Collaboration is at the heart of my process. This is YOUR keepsake, so we will work together through the whole process. We'll share ideas, inspiration, and examples to brainstorm creative concepts together. Whether you're envisioning a cinematic wedding film, a nostalgic family montage, or a dynamic sports highlight reel, I'm here to bring your vision to fruition with our expertise and artistic flair.

   • Come Prepared: I'll ask a series of questions to help with the process. Some areas I will cover are:

     • Video Type - What are you celebrating? Who or what are you memorializing? Will this be a yearly family home movie?

     • Video Length - You may not know this piece yet, but we'll shoot for a ballpark on the length of time. This helps with the planning process. We can talk through typical video lengths for specific events or intended uses.

     • Media - Where is your media located? This is important so we can determine the best file sharing method. I do not work with physical photographs. If you require photo digitization, we can discuss ideas and potential companies that specialize in that area. 

     • Music - Music is what makes these videos special. Music evokes emotion. I want you to REALLY think about the type of music you would like in your video or note down some favorite songs. You can get specific or you can give me a genre. You can also tell me, 'music from the 90's'. Depending on the length of the video, you may choose specific songs.

     • Voice Over - Should you decide you would like voice over, we can discuss specifics during our consultation on what that would look like.

     • Timeline - Depending on how long your video is, we'll talk about specific timelines, due dates and expectations during our consultation.

3. Video Overview and Deposit: Based on our consultation, I'll draft an overview of the consultation and video requirements  discussed. Upon confirmation, your deposit will be due before I start the video creation. All pricing and deposits will be discussed on our call.

4. Customized Video Creation: This is when the magic begins! I'll begin work on your video. All timelines and due dates will be discussed during the Consultation. I will also provide frequent updates, so you know where we are on the process at all times!

5. Feedback and Revisions: Your satisfaction is important! After I send the first draft of your video, we'll discuss revisions or edits as necessary.

6. Delivery of Masterpiece: Finally, I'll deliver your masterpiece—the culmination of our collaboration and creativity. Whether it's a stunning wedding film, a heartwarming family documentary, or a captivating sports highlight video, I will present you with a meticulously crafted masterpiece that encapsulates the essence of your vision and memories.
